CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 1/4 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. nonfat milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. fructose
2 env. Butter Buds mixed in 2/3 c. warm water
1 tsp. baking soda
4 oz. squares chocolate
3/4 c. brown sugar substitute
3 egg replacers, beaten in water

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Mix butter and sugar and egg and beat well. Add chocolate. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Place in two round cake pans sprayed with Pam and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Use sugar-free chocolate fudge pudding for frosting made per label directions.
