1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 box confectioners sugar

Mix together cake mix, egg and butter; press into bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes. Cake will fall as it cools.
