SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
2 qt. tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
2 bay leaves
2 chopped green peppers
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. ketchup

In a large pot, cook onion, garlic and meat until meat is brown; drain off all fat. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with your favorite pasta.
