WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
8 oz. white chocolate
2 tsp. butter
3 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 oz. white creme de cacao liquor

Melt chocolate with butter in warm oven (150 degrees) or in microwave on low power. Stir. Whip cream, adding powdered sugar. Whip egg whites very stiff. Add egg yolks to chocolate. Mix well. Fold in egg whites. Fold in cream. Add vanilla and creme de cacao. Mix. Refrigerate overnight.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
