CHEESE/BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/2 chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
3 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. frozen egg noodles
3 c. milk
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cubed
1 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed
Pepper and garlic to taste

Saute onion in butter. Add chicken broth and egg noodles. Cook a few minutes. Do not boil. Add noodles, and milk. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add cheese slowly until melted and heat.
