2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. half and half
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and mix. Slowly add half and half stirring until it boils. Add rest of ingredients and simmer.
