CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
5 chicken breasts - boneless and skinned
1 large bag frozen broccoli florettes or fresh broccoli
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Boil chicken for 20 minutes. Cool in broth. Cook broccoli. Drain. Take chicken out of broth. Slice into strips. Layer chicken and broccoli in baking dish.

Mix chicken soup, mayo, cheese, juice, curry powder, and Half and Half. Pour over chicken and broccoli.

Mix bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
