MARINATED GREEN BEANS 
2 (#2) cans green beans
1 thinly sliced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix; let marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Stir occasionally. Drain. Add sour cream sauce.

SOUR CREAM SAUCE:

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
Grated onion to taste
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and pour over green bean salad.
