MARINATED RED BEAN SALAD 
1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 c. frozen green peas, blanched, drained
1 (15 oz.) can wax beans, drained

MARINADE:

1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. Italian "lite" salad dressing
2 tbsp. fresh prepared horseradish
1/4 c. low cal or fat free mayonnaise
3 packets Equal
1/2 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper

While peas are blanching, combine ingredients for marinade. Stir well until blended. Drain peas and add to red beans and wax beans in large bowl. Fold in the marinade until beans and peas are well coated. Let marinate, covered in refrigerator overnight before serving. Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
