MARINATED GREEN BEAN SALAD 
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing
2 med. tomatoes, peeled, cubed, and drained
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained

Mix together yogurt, sour cream, and dressing. Add tomato, onion and beans. Mix well. Chill 3 or 4 hours before serving. Serve in a lettuce cup.
