CHICKEN PARTS WITH SAUCE 
1 whole chicken cut up
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, slivered
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Brown well in a large frying pan. Mix onions and mushrooms. Cook stirring onions. Pour in wine and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat and cook 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with noodles or other pasta and a green vegetable.
