CHICKEN CROQUETTES 
1 egg
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 c. chicken meat
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. curry

Beat egg. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Cool and shape into croquettes. Roll in egg first and then crumbs. Fry in deep fat at 390 degrees. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
