FAT CITY 
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
10 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. water
1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate in water over low heat. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating until fluffy. Add chocolate and blend thoroughly. Mix soda in flour and add alternately with sour cream beginning and ending with flour. Add vanilla. Pour over the topping mixture and bake about 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Remove from pan as soon as baked. Cool before frosting.

FAT CITY TOPPING:

4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped

Thoroughly mix the sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Put in bottom of a greased bundt or tube pan.

FAT CITY FROSTING:

5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp. water
1/4 c. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate in water over low heat. Cream butter and cream cheese. Blend in chocolate. Beat in powdered sugar. Add vanilla.
