CITY CHICKEN - BARBEQUE 
1 lb. cubed veal
1 lb. cubed pork
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or one chopped garlic, fine
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. thyme
2-3 tbsp. parsley

Combine ingredients and let stand covered in refrigerator overnight. Put meat on wooden skewers, four or five pieces on each stick. For breading use:

1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Barbeque for 5 minutes on each side.
