CITY CHICKEN LEGS | |
1 lb. lean pork, cut in 2 inch chunks (1 inch thick) 1 lb. veal, cut in 2 inch chunks (1 inch thick) Thread lengthwise on wooden skewers, alternating pork and then veal. Dip in beaten egg and then roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in hot fat until brown; keep turning until brown all over. Add 1 cup of water and cover. Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Makes about 8 skewers. |
