BANANA FLIPS 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box instant banana pudding
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat above 4 ingredients. Place in 2 jelly roll pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. banana extract

Beat above 6 ingredients until fluffy.

When cakes have cooled, about 10 to 15 minutes, turn out onto flat surface. When cooled completely, frost one cake with filling mixture and top with the other cake. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
