APPLE CUSTARD PIE 
9" or 10" pie crust
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3-5 apples
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix 2 tablespoons flour with 1/4 cup sugar and sprinkle over pastry. Peel, core and slice enough apples to cover crust. Beat eggs, add milk and pour over apples. Mix 2 tablespoons flour, 3/4 cup sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt together. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
