1 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
5 c. Special K cereal
6 oz. butterscotch chips
6 oz. chocolate chips

Melt sugar and corn syrup over medium high heat until on the verge of boiling. Remove from heat. Mix in peanut butter until well blended. Pour over Special K and mix until cereal is covered. Pat mixture into a 9"x13" pan. When bars have cooled, melt chips together and spread over bars.
