1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
8 oz. chocolate chips
8 oz. butterscotch chips

Mix syrup and sugar and bring to a boil until clear. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter. Add cereal and mix. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 inch dish.

Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in double boiler and spoon over cereal mixture. Chill and cut.
