1 stick butter 2 layers graham crackers 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. water 1 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. nuts 1/2 c. coconut In saucepan melt 1 stick of butter. Add egg; beat rapidly to keep the egg from cooking. Add brown sugar, salt and water. Bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Remove from heat; quickly stir in 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut. Add vanilla. Use 9x13 pan. Turn warm mix over graham crackers and spread evenly. Then add another layer of graham crackers. Frost with vanilla frosting. Cut in little squares like the crease on the crackers. |
