CRANBERRY CIDER JELLY 
3 c. apple cider
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. powdered pectin
5 c. sugar

Pour cider, cranberry juice cocktail and lemon juice into a large saucepan. Stir in pectin. Bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar and return to a rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove form heat. Skim foam if necessary. Pour hot into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath. Yield: 6 half pints.
