SPICED HOT CIDER 
1 gal. apple juice
1/2 gal. any type cranberry juice (cran-raspberry is especially good)
5-7 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp. each whole clove, orange peel, nutmeg

Pour juices in large pot. In a tea ball put the cloves, orange peel and nutmeg. Float the tea ball and cinnamon sticks in the juices. Bring to a gentle boil on medium heat, then down to simmer while serving. Refrigerate any leftovers and reheat later. Make a double batch, this one goes fast on a cold December night!
