TEXAS STYLE CHILI 
3 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, undrained & broken up
2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
8 beef flavor bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. sugar

In large kettle brown beef. Pour off excess fat, add onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with corn chips and shredded cheese.
