4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) can coconut
1/2 stick melted butter

Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into two 9 inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
