2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Put all ingredients in blender and beat 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate with or without crust, and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
