IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1 can (3/4 c.) coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly. Put in greased 8 or 9-inch glass pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and firm. Keep refrigerated.
