24 HOUR SALAD 
3 c. lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
6 boiled eggs, more or less to suit your taste
10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas, let thaw
6 1/2 oz. pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
6 1/2 oz. salmon, chicken, turkey or meat of your choice (you may want to use more)
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
Green onions (optional)

Layer #1: Half of the lettuce, sprinkle with sugar. Layer #2: Spread sliced eggs, sprinkle with salt Layer #3: Other half of the lettuce Layer #4: Frozen (thawed) peas Layer #5: Your choice of meat or seafood Layer #6: Swiss cheese Layer #7: Spread the salad dressing over the entire top and seal the edges, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Optional: Spread or sprinkle green onion on top

Cover your container with Handi-Wrap or Saran Wrap for at least 12 hours but preferably 24 hours.
