GERMAN CHEESE CAKE 
16 Zweiback
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. butter

Crush 16 Zweiback - mix with sugar and melt butter. Place in a loaf pan - suggested - 12 x 8 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches.

FILLING:

2 lg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of cinnamon

Mix together cream cheese and sugar - add well beaten eggs, vanilla and cinnamon and pour over Zwieback crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes and cool.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix 1 pint sour cream with 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Pour over cake and bake for 10 minutes more - let cool - cover and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours.
