GERMAN CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon (sprinkle on top desired amt.)

Beat first 4 ingredients together until smooth. Place in buttered 8 inch pie plate. Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Take out of oven and cool 20 minutes. Mix vanilla, sour cream, and sugar together. Spread mixture together on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and chill 2 hours before serving.
