GERMAN CHEESE CAKE 
1 kg. sour cream (2.2 lbs.), sour cream or Farmers cheese
6 eggs
300 g. sugar (11 oz.)
2 pkgs. vanilla pudding powder, not instant

Mix sour cream, egg yolk, sugar and regular pudding powder. Beat egg whites very stiff and fold in. Grease springform pan well with butter and put graham cracker crumbs on the bottom and the sides.

Pour mixture in and bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 375 degrees. Let stand in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes to cool down.
