HOMEMADE BOURSIN CHEESE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. farmer's cheese or blended cottage cheese
2 lg. cloves garlic, mashed (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
1/2 c. finely minced chives (1/4 c. dried)
1/2 c. finely minced parsley (1/4 c. dried)
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper

Mix together and chill. Serve with crackers or fill raw mushrooms. Can be frozen for a few weeks.
