MOCK BOURSIN CHEESE SPREAD 
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 garlic cloves (or more, if desired) put through garlic press or finely minced
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. crushed dill
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. black or white pepper

Beat all together thoroughly and chill. For a softer spread for a dip add enough milk or cream to make it the consistency you desire.
