BOURSIN CHEESE SPREAD 
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch of thyme
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. chives
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients together until fluffy. Refrigerate at least 24 hours for flavors to blend.

Soften at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
