CHEESE ROLLS 
1 lb. farmer cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix ingredients together. If dry, add milk to make texture of batter. Spread on rolled dough, sprinkle on coconut and raisins and chopped cherries. Let rise for 1/2 hour. Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
