EASY CHEESE PASKA 
1/2 lb. dry farmer's cheese or small curd cottage cheese
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 boiled egg yolks mashed with milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 lb. butter, softened

Mix all together very well using food mill or blender. Put in molds lined with cheesecloth. Let drain 24 hours in cold place. Unmold and eat.
