FRUIT-VEGETABLE CUP 
Pineapple chunks (preferably fresh)
Apple, diced
Mandarin orange slices
Carrot, diced
Celery, chopped
Yogurt
Honey
Grated orange rind

Combine the fruit and vegetables, amounts to your taste! Dress with mixture of yogurt, honey, and a dash of orange rind.

This is delicious and a delightful companion to breakfast muffins or freshly baked bread.
