FRUIT AND VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. shredded pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Combine fruit and vegetables. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool, then add to first mixture. Put in molds and chill. Serve on lettuce with creamed mayonnaise.
