BACARDI RUM CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. dark rum

GLAZE:

1/4 lb. unsalted butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark rum

Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan or 12 cup Bundt pan. Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.

For Glaze: Melt butter, add water and sugar. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Drizzle over cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.

If using cake with pudding in mix - omit pudding, use 3 eggs and 1/3 cup oil.
