BACARDI RUM CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. instant Jello vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Sprinkle nuts over bottom of well-greased bundt pan. Mix the rest of the cake ingredients and pour over nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool and invert on serving platter. Prick top. Drizzle glaze on top and sides.

GLAZE:

Melt 1/4 pound butter. Stir in 1/4 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1/2 cup Bacardi dark rum.
