RICE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 sm. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. dry white wine
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 c. cooked rice
Paprika

Saute onions and celery in butter. Combine milk, wine, eggs and salt. Mix with onions, celery and cooked rice. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until lightly browned.
