BREAST OF CHICKEN ALA PARMAGIANA 
4 boned chicken breasts
1 c. bread crumbs
15 oz. jar Prego sauce
4 sliced mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
4 sliced Swiss cheese
Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Pound chicken flat. Dip in beaten eggs and milk, roll in bread crumbs, saute in butter. Layer bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan with Prego sauce, then chicken breasts. Cover each with a slice of each cheese. Put remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes.
