BREADED CHICKEN BREAST 
4 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2 c. (Progresso Italian style bread crumbs)
2 c. cooking oil

Heat oil. Skin and bone chicken, salt. Mix flour and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in flour. Mix eggs and milk. Dip chicken pieces, then dip in bread crumbs. Fry breaded pieces until golden brown, turn fry other side until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain.
