BREADED CHICKEN BREASTS
(MICROWAVE)
 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried whole savory (optional)
1/4 c. commercial ranch-style salad dressing
1/4 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and savory. Spread each side of breasts with dressing, and dredge in bread crumbs. Arrange chicken with thickest portion to outside in a shallow 10-inch round baking dish. Cove with wax paper.

Microwave at High 15 minutes or until chicken is tender, giving dish a quarter turn at 5-minute intervals. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
