COCONUT MACAROONS 
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
3 c. moist shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. almond extract

In medium size bowl, blend together all ingredients. Drop teaspoonfuls about 1 inch apart onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven until cookie edges are lightly browned, 8-10 minutes. Remove at once from cookie sheet.
