MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn tortillas
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 (15 oz.) cans Ranch style beans
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
Cheese

Line casserole dish with pieces of corn tortillas. Add browned ground beef (2 pounds) and 1 onion and bell pepper. Top with 2 (15 ounce) cans Ranch style beans. Then mix 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and 1 can cream of chicken soup. Add on top of beans. Place slices of cheese or grated cheese on top. Bake until cheese gets brown at 300 degrees.
