MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. corn chips
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can ranch style beans
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix and heat tomatoes and soup. In a skillet brown meat. Add onion, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Grease a large casserole dish and layer as follows: chips, meat, soup mixture, beans. Repeat layers and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling.
