TACO RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
3 c. cooked rice
8 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. processed cheese, cubed (less can be used)
1/2 can of Ro - Tel tomatoes

Saute meat until done; drain off grease. Add taco mix, soup, cheese and tomatoes. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in rice, salt and corn. Heat thoroughly. Italian rice can be made by substituting 1 package of Italian spaghetti sauce mix for taco seasoning.
