TACO RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
3 c. cooked rice (1 1/2 c. dry)
1 can (8 oz.) corn, drained
1 lb. Velveeta cheese cubed (2 c.)
1/2 of 10 oz. can tomatoes and chilies or use whole can if you want to do so.

Saute beef; drain off fat. Add all ingredients except rice and corn. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in rice and corn. Put in 3 quart casserole and heat thoroughly until hot.
