PINEAPPLE LAYER CAKE 
Yellow cake mix
1 env. Dream Whip
1 pkg. vanilla cooked pudding
3 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. cooking oil

Beat 4 minutes on high. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done in 2 round cake pans. 3 egg yolks 6 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. pineapple juice 3/4 c. butter 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, drained (crushed) 1 lg. container Cool whip

Beat 3 egg whites; set aside. Beat 3 egg yolks, add 6 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons pineapple juice. Cook until thick; cool. In mixing bowl beat butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Add cool custard and can of crushed pineapple. Fold egg whites in mixture. After cake has cooled slice each round (you should have 4 rounds). Lay one layer down add mixture and so on. After last layer has been put on, put on Cool whip. Refrigerate.
