QUICK PINEAPPLE LAYER CAKE | |
1 can crushed pineapple in juice 1 carton Cool Whip 1/3 c. sliced almonds (toasted) 1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant pudding 1 frozen pound cake (thawed) Combine undrained pineapple, Cool Whip and pudding mix. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut cake in half or thirds. Spread pudding mixture over bottom layer of cake. Top with second layer. Repeat layering ending with pudding. Chill 30 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and fresh whole strawberries. |
